Customer update: 8 October

Due to an unprecedented issue involving our distributor, Orca Book Services, we - in common with all their publisher clients - have been unable to access or distribute any books at all over at least the past week.

We are still trying to ascertain the scale of the problem and will contact individual customers when we have a clearer idea of where we stand.

Orca Book Services have assured us that some sort of service will be resumed early next week. We will keep you up to date as soon as we know more.

As a precaution we have put back publication of a couple of our titles until later on this month.

We are absolutely mortified at what has happened and sincerely apologise for all inconvenience caused. These issues have been entirely beyond our control.
